Support & Contact

We're here to help.

Fastest: open the Global Secure Business app and go to Support to chat with us. Our assistant answers straight away, and you can ask for a person at any time.

Email: [email protected]. We aim to reply within 1 business day.

Something urgent?

Lost your phone, or think someone else has access to your account?

Think you've been scammed?

Contact your bank and the police straight away, then tell us. We'll never ask for your PIN, password or wallet recovery phrase, and we'll never ask you to move crypto to "keep it safe".

Common questions

How do I sign in if I've lost my phone?

Install the app on your new phone and sign in with your email or mobile number. You'll be asked to verify your identity. If you used a self-custody wallet, you'll need your recovery details: we can't recover a self-custody wallet for you.

I sent crypto to the wrong address. Can you reverse it?

Unfortunately not. Blockchain transactions are final once confirmed. Contact us and we'll check whether anything can be done, for example if the address belongs to a known exchange.

Where can I see fees?

Any fee, exchange rate or network fee is shown in the app before you confirm a transaction.

How do I close my account?

See how to delete your account and data.

How do you use my data?

See our Privacy Policy.
